01. Do you sell retail or to individuals?
No. Nouriva Export is a B2B (Business-to-Business) company. Our model is based on establishing long-term partnerships with brands, distributors, hotels, restaurants, and other corporate buyers. We do not offer individual or retail sales services.

04. What are your payment and delivery terms?
We use standard and secure payment methods (e.g., bank transfer, letter of credit, etc.) required for international trade in all our commercial operations. Our payment system does not include deferred or check-based payment options. Our delivery terms (Incoterms) are mutually determined based on the volume of the order and the destination. In accordance with our principle of transparency, the entire process is clearly outlined from the very beginning.
